LIZZA ROBB, MSW, PCC
Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant, Facilitator, Artist
I’m a Professional Certified Coach, organizational consultant, and facilitator devoted to helping leaders transcend discomfort and division to build courageous, compassionate cultures where people can do their best work together. I center equity and social justice in every engagement, drawing on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology to strengthen connection, belonging, and impact.
My foundation in clinical social work and qualitative research, paired with a lifelong practice in the fine arts and a background in strategic marketing, shapes a distinctly creative approach to human-centered leadership. I integrate art, story, metaphor, and embodied practices into my work as pathways to insight, self-expression, and systems change. For me, creativity is not a side project; it is a political and relational act—an expression of my values and a tool for collective transformation.

I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a wide variety of organizations including the Humane Society of the US, Ibis, the City of Eugene, the Ad Council, Humane World for Animals, Nickelodeon, Disney General Entertainment, Goodwill NYNJ, Swarthmore College, Health Care Without Harm, DOROT Elder Services, the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Human Rights Campaign.
I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and completed executive coach training at Teleos Leadership Institute. I’m an alum of Robert Gass’s Art of Transformational Consulting, Margaret Wheatley’s Warrior for the Human Spirit, and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead Facilitator Certification Program.
I serve on the board of The Prince Jones, Jr. Foundation, dedicated to uplifting students of the African Diaspora and preserving the story and collective history of Black communities.
I live outside Philadelphia with my wife and our dog. When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll find me in the woods, reading, or making art.
